Curriculum Leader - Modern Foreign Languages

Site Supervisor
  • Grade 5 £18,426 to £18,794 per annum pro rata plus enhancement of time and a third for unsocial hours worked after 7pm or before 7am
  • 37 hours per week, including weekend work to service lettings of the school premises, 52 weeks per year
    • Rotating shift pattern:
      • Week 1: 6 am to 2 pm Monday to Thursday and 6 am to 1.30 pm Friday
      • Week 2: 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday and 8 am to 3.30 pm Friday
      • Week 3: 1 pm to 9 pm Monday to Thursday and 1.30 pm to 9.00 pm Friday
      • Hours for weekend work are variable to meet letting requirements

Our team of enthusiastic and committed caretaking staff provide an invaluable and professional service to ensure that our school buildings and grounds are maintained to high standards.

The role involves a variety of duties including unlocking and securing the site, performing maintenance tasks, and grounds maintenance.  You will be well supported and training is available

School Business Assistant
  • Closing date: 14 October 2019
  • Grade 5 £18,426 to £18,794 per annum pro rata
  • 16 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
  • 8.30am to 5.00pm Mondays and Wednesdays

You will join our team to assist in ensuring the smooth-running of the school through a range of administrative activities. Duties will include purchase ledger, data entry, administrative support for events and activities and communication via email, letter, and telephone. You should have experience of working in an office environment and be able to use Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook). You should be able to maintain confidentiality, relate well to others and work as a team. Attention to detail and good communication skills are also essential. Actual salary is £6,999 to £7,138 per annum.

Casual Staff

Relief Support Services Assistant

Duties include clearing, preparing and serving food and supervising students. Experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous although full training will be provided. The rate of pay will be £9.18 per hour plus £1.33 per hour in lieu of annual leave/bank holidays.

Invigilator

Duties include assisting with the preparation of the examination room, supervising students during the examination and ensuring examinations run in accordance with rules and regulations. The rate of pay will be £9.36 per hour plus £1.36 per hour in lieu of annual leave/bank holidays.
